About Us

The Patio Cover Deck and Fence Co. is a small team of craftsman devoted to the creation of custom patio covers, decks and fences.

The owner, Richard Mussallem, has worked construction for 30 years and has a degree in construction management from the University of Washington.

We take pride in the work we perform by using material that will last the test of time, are environmentally friendly and provide outstanding finished results. At the end of each day, we like to feel good about what we have achieved.

We keep a clean jobsite and are respectful to our client’s home and property.

"These guys are awesome! We hired them for a fairly challenging project, building a redwood staircase that connected two levels of our property. Rich responded to my inquiry promptly, showed up right on time for the bid, and gave a very reasonable quote within a few days. Once scheduled, he and the crew again showed up right on time on the scheduled day. From start to finish they went above and beyond, it was apparent that they take a lot of pride in their work. It was extremely hot during the two weeks that they worked and the guys kept a great attitude the whole time and did not take any shortcuts. Not only did they do a great job, they were extremely respectful of our home and privacy. We have a lot of animals on our property and they were kind enough to check up on them and very mindful of keeping gates closed and paying attention.
